International VCS Fujian Yongan Forest Management Carbon Exchange Project Second Monitoring Period Inspection (issued) application for approval

Recently, Fujian Yongan International Certificate Carbon Disposal Dissetting Standard (VCS) Forestry Carbon Exchange Project Second Monitoring During the Vegetation (issued) application was approved by the VCS registry.

The carbon exchange reduction displacement (VCUS) obtained permits for this inspection period is 287,276 tons of carbon dioxide. This project adopts the international VCS standard rules and VCS improvement of forest management methods -transforming the forest forest to protecting forest (VM0010). The project strictly protects 7186 hectares of material forest resources by stopping commercial logging and reducing foreign exchange and emission reduction. The first inspection period of this project (VCU) is 263,000 tons, which have been sold, and have become the largest forestry carbon exchange project in the southeast of my country.

In recent years, Yong'an City has continued to move forward in the exploration and practice of forestry carbon exchange. In 2013, the first carbon exchange special fund -China Green Carbon Exchange Foundation Yongan Carbon Special Fund was established in Fujian Province.
