This means that specific business rules such as product scope and product standard requirements such as personal pensions investing in public funding funds that are concerned about them are gradually clarified.

The temporary provisions are clear that during the trial stage of the personal pension system, it is planned to be included in the pension target funds that are not less than 50 million yuan at the end of the last four quarters. The temporary provisions are clear that the personal pension fund shall establish a separate share category for the personal pension investment fund business, clearly agreed in the fund contracts, recruitment instructions and other documents, and register or record in accordance with the requirements of the CSRC.

This share category shall not charge the sales service fee. You can set up mechanism arrangements that match the business of personal pension investment funds to encourage investors to invest in long -term investment. Relevant mechanism arrangements include, but not limited to: income distribution method is dividend reinvestment; exemption of subscription restrictions; exemption purchase fees and other sales fees, and implement a certain rate of preferential rates for management and custody fees.

In order to ensure the long -term continuity and security stability of the personal pension fund sales business, the temporary provisions are required to put forward high requirements At the end of the quarter, the stock funds and hybrid funds have a scale of not less than 20 billion yuan.
