The notification clearly focuses on the 22 specific directions of the factory, carrier, parks, networks, platforms, and safety categories, and selects a number of industrial Internet pilot demonstration projects. The project application subject can be industrial enterprises, basic telecommunications enterprises, information technology companies, Internet enterprises, universities and research institutes, and park operation management institutions.

Priority to support industrial Internet projects that meet the following or multiple conditions: at the projects of the national new industrialization industry demonstration base, industrial steady growth, and transformation and upgrading, the projects in cities (states); completion of the project acceptance of industrial Internet innovation and development projects; revolutionary revolution Projects in old districts; there are significant results in green low -carbon, safety production, international cooperation, military -civilian integration and other aspects.

The projects that have been included in the preliminary pilot demonstration and are still in the demonstration period (2 years of validity period) cannot be repeatedly declared, and the industrial Internet innovation development projects that have not been accepted or acceptable are not allowed to be declared, and unreasonable projects cannot be declared.

Each application subject can only apply for one pilot demonstration direction in the same type. The same application subject does not exceed 2 items, and the same project cannot be repeatedly declared. The application subject is responsible for the authenticity of the unit's qualifications and the content of the project declaration, and it must provide the project -related video proof materials (5 ~ 10 minutes).

In principle, the number of industrial and informatization departments of all provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government not exceed 30 in principle, and the number of projects recommended by the industrial and informatization authorities in each plan is not more than 15 in principle. The central enterprise does not occupy the territorial indicators and can be reported directly. In principle, the number of projects does not exceed 10. Recommended projects for each unit shall be sorted in priority.

Each recommending unit will submit the project recommendation summary table (two copies of two copies), project application (in five copies), and electronic version (synchronized to the mailbox: [email protected]) to submit industry and information Ministry of Hua (Information and Communication Authority).
