Hubei Daily Client News (Correspondent Wu Lei) On September 21, Laohekou City and Qicheng (Shandong) Technology Development Co., Ltd. signed an annual processing of 2 million tons of waste tires to extract the charcoal and black new material project cooperation agreement. The settlement of the project will greatly promote the development of the city's circular economy industry extension chain to replenish a strong chain.

The total investment of the project was 6 billion yuan, of which fixed assets were invested 3.8 billion yuan to build a carbon black new material production line of 2 million tons of waste tires annually. The first phase of the project will build a scale of 800,000 tons, and the investment of fixed assets is 1.73 billion yuan, which can achieve annual sales revenue of more than 3 billion yuan, and the annual payment of operating taxes of more than 380 million yuan.
