At present, the trademarks used by LeTV Video, LeTV Super TV and smart ecological products are "Le", "Letv" and Chinese trademark "LeTV". The use of the above three trademarks is not affected by this auction.

It is understood that the "LE" trademark is the trademark used in LeTV's development of the ecological period, which is used to indicate its ecological seven sons. As early as 2019, LeTV stopped using the trademark and updated to "Le" and "Letv". Therefore, "LE" cannot talk about LeTV's classic trademark, just a trademark during the business period.

The trademarks of this auction include multiple "Le" series, "Le" series trademarks, and "Zero Pai Lexing" for time -sharing rental platforms. The registration time of this batch of trademarks was concentrated in 2017 and before, most of the trademark evaluation was about 700 yuan, the "Le" series of trademark valuation was 927 yuan, and the most valued trademark "Farada" was worth 4063 yuan.

The court announced that the judicial auction originated from LeTV Holdings's 2017 intellectual property contract dispute. The plaintiff was Beijing Lu Hao Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd., and LeTV was sentenced to pay about 2.21 million official fees and agency fees to the plaintiff at that time. When evaluating the value of the above trademark, LeTV Holdings has been forced to execute.

It is understood that this time it was not the first time that LeTV's trademark was auctioned.

Since 2019, LeTV's trademarks, patents, real estate and other assets have appeared on online auction platforms. Earlier, nearly 2,000 trademarks, 85 patents, 97 machinery and equipment, and famous LeTV Building have been auctioned.

In June 2020, the Beijing Third Middle -level People's Court publicly auctioned 1354 trademarks under the name of LeTV Information Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd., including "Le", "LE LeTV", "LeTV TV", "LeTV Super TV" "Waiting for classic LeTV trademarks.

The starting price of this batch of trademarks was 136,400 yuan, and the evaluation price was 194,900 yuan, which was eventually sold for 131 million yuan, and the price increased by about 1,000 times. The buyer Tianjin Jiarui Huixin Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. is also the applicant of this auction.

In 2017, Sunac China took Tianjin Jiarui Huixin Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. as the main body, and invested in Le Rongzhin and LeTV Pictures. The company used to be LeTV Information Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. as the second largest shareholder, and is currently the largest shareholder of Le Rongzhi, with a shareholding ratio of 57.35%
