Wang Shouwen said that the Ministry of Commerce will take several measures in a new round of foreign trade measures. In 2015, the first cross -border e -commerce comprehensive test area was established, and the State Council approved five batches of cross -border e -commerce comprehensive pilot zone.

"The effect of this cross -border e -commerce comprehensive test area is still very good. For example, Zhejiang Hangzhou is the first cross -border e -commerce comprehensive test area. In the past seven years, 49,000 e -commerce sellers have been cultivated. There are 23 leading companies worth more than US $ 100 million, and the import and export value of cross -border e -commerce exceeds 100 billion yuan. The second measure is introduced to support cross -border e -commerce policies. Overseas warehouses are important nodes for cross -border e -commerce B2B2C. Wang Shouwen introduced that the Ministry of Commerce has proposed 8 policies and measures to support the development of overseas warehouses with relevant departments, including using special funds for foreign economic and trade development and service trade innovation and development guidance funds to support overseas warehouse construction, optimizing cross -border e -commerce export overseas warehouse supervision Model preparation. The third measure is to cultivate market entities for cross -border e -commerce. Wang Shouwen introduced that in the first eight months of this year, the Ministry of Commerce has organized various cross -border e -commerce comprehensive experimental zones to hold resource docking promotion meetings, forums, salons, and training activities. In the fourth quarter, training will continue to be increased. There are also 41 relevant standards in the field of cross -border e -commerce, including 11 national standards.
