The full text is as follows

Policy basis: "Implementation Measures for the Return of Hubei Province's Unemployment Insurance Treasury" (Hubei Social Fa [2019] No. 30), Wuhan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Municipal Development and Reform Commission and other four departments "Notice on Doing a Good job in promoting employment of unemployment insurance" (Wu Renfa [2022] No. 8)

Application time: September 27, 2022 to November 30th

Declaration conditions:

1. Participate in unemployment insurance in accordance with the law and pay the unemployment insurance premiums in full, the current insurance payment status is normal;

2. The incompetence or layoffs of the year of 20121 not higher than 5.5%, and the employment enterprise with less than 30 people (inclusive) is not higher than the total number of employees participating employees;

3. List of not canceled or revoked business licenses, did not enter the bankruptcy liquidation, and did not include a list of serious violations of the law;

4. The distribution method has been agreed with the employer to negotiate with the employer and forms an agreement;

5. Rectification of audit inspection issues;

6. No illegal acts such as falsification.

Return standards: Large enterprises do not exceed 50%of the actual unemployment insurance premiums that actually pay unemployment insurance in the previous year, and small and medium -sized enterprises are returned at 90%.
