1. Organization

This skill competition is organized by the Appraisal Supervision Commission to entrust China to provide technical support for the National Appraisal Center for Qualification Evaluation. 2. Competition parameters and detection standards

The detection parameters involved in the "Mobile Application Personal Information Security Test" project are the collection of personal information, and the relevant testing standards are: GB/T 35273-2020 "Information Security Technology Personal Information Security Standards".

The competition adopts a combination of "voluntary registration" and "recommendation participation". Based on the voluntary registration of inspection and testing agencies (see Annex 1, Annex 2), all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities, and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Market Supervision Bureau (Department, Committee), and According to the situation of inspection and testing agencies in the region and industry, each competition is recommended for 1-2 inspection and testing agencies. All units shall submit the recommendation of the participating institution to the Certification Supervision Commission (referred to the attachment 3) before October 15, 2022, and the recognition supervision committee will give priority to the recommended inspection and testing agency to participate in the competition.

Fourth, competition method

The competition will be divided into the qualification selection phase and on -site competition stage.

Qualification selection: The identification supervision committee and the project undertaking unit will determine the list of institutions participating in the on -site competition according to the registration and recommendation of the inspection and testing agency.

On -site competition: All inspection and testing agencies that enter the on -site competition stage will conduct theoretical knowledge written tests and on -site inspection practical competitions at the same time and place. Among them, the theoretical knowledge written test is carried out in the form of a closed book test, and the on -site testing competition is conducted in groups. The specific competition requirements and arrangements shall be notified by the project undertaking units.

5. Time arrangement

The deadline for registration and recommendation: The registration and recommendation time of this competition are dead on October 15th. Before October 30, the list of institutions participating in the on -site competition was determined.

Live competition time: before the end of November 2022.
