● Food safety and hygiene control. Export food manufacturers should establish a perfect food safety and health control system that can be traceable to ensure the effective operation of the food safety and health control system; establish a supplier evaluation system, purchase inspection record system, production record file system, factory inspection record system, export food traceability system And unqualified food disposal system. Relevant records should be true and effective, and the preservation period shall not be less than 6 months after the expiration of the food shelf life; if there is no clear preservation period, the preservation period shall not be less than 2 years.
● Food packaging and transportation. Export food manufacturers should ensure that export food packaging and transportation methods meet food safety requirements, and marked the production enterprise filing number, product name, production batch number and production date on the transportation packaging.
● Customs supervision and inspection. If the export food shall be inspected and supervised on -site inspection and supervision of the spot, the Customs shall issue a certificate and shall be allowed to export; if it does not meet the requirements, the customs shall notify the exporter or its agent in writing. Relevant export foods can be treated with technical treatment, and exported after the technical processing is qualified; if technical treatment cannot be performed or still unqualified by technical treatment, it is not allowed to export. The customs shall be inspected on the port of export food and the inspection is not qualified.
● Report the verification. If the export food is informed by international organizations and overseas government agencies due to security issues, the General Administration of Customs organizes inspections and implements the proportion of supervision and random inspection according to needs. Revised control measures such as registration and recommendation to foreign official institutions.
If there is a safety problem in export food, if it may or may cause damage to human health and life safety, the export food production and operators shall immediately take corresponding measures to avoid and reduce the occurrence of damage and report to the customs in the local area.
● Food standard requirements. Export food manufacturers shall ensure that their export food meets the standards or contract requirements of imported countries (regions); if there are special requirements for international treaties and agreements concluded or participating in China, they shall also meet the requirements of international treaties and agreements. If there is no standard for importing countries (regions), and the contract does not require requirements, and there are no relevant requirements for international treaties and agreements concluded or participating in China, exported food manufacturers shall ensure that its export food meets the national standards of Chinese food safety.
