The agreement between the parties is a platform company (51%of the company's shares, 49%of the company's shares, and 49%of the Ningde Times) in the joint venture between Enjie and Ningde Times. Enjie is designated to be responsible for the operation and management of the project company. The project company name is proposed to be tentatively scheduled to be "Xiamen Enjie New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.", which is planned to register 1.6 billion yuan.

According to disclosure, the project company plans to invest in the construction of 16 lithium -ion battery diaphragm and coating production lines in the joint management area of ​​both parties A and B. It is mainly used but is not limited to the market and other markets such as new energy vehicle power battery systems and energy storage battery systems. The total investment is 5.2 billion yuan. The total land area of ​​the project plan is about 400 acres. It is planned to be completed and partially put into operation in 2023.
