The inspection will specifically refine the random inspections to 12 items one by one, such as whether to establish a daily inspection system for dripping and leakage of transportation vehicles; highlight the inspection of the safety production responsibility system, such as whether the fire equipment is within the validity period.

During the inspection process, inspectors established the concept of "who law enforcement and who picked the law", implemented the "Combination of Education and Punishment" principle of the "Administrative Penalty Law of the People's Republic of China", and simultaneously carried out relevant regulations, especially the "People's Republic of China Safety Production Law".
