The review of the Provincial Science and Technology Award Industry in 2022 adopted a meeting. The project introduction uses video PPT. In order to make relevant preparations, the specific requirements are notified as follows.

1. Video ppt introduction content

The video PPT must be consistent with the content of the project nomination book, and it is not allowed to add content at will.

(1) Natural Science Award

1. Project name, subject and project source (national, provincial plan projects, optional topics, etc.);

2. Research background and ideas;

3. Important scientific discoveries (the main research content and natural phenomena and laws, innovation in research methods and means, and the idea of ​​theoretical doctrine);

4. Representative thesis monographs and citations are cited by others;

5. Objective evaluation;

6. The scientific value of project research results and its role and significance to the development of disciplines.

(2) Technology Invention Award

1. Project name, declaration award, the area of ​​technology and project (national and provincial scientific research plans, selected topics, etc.);

2. Invention background and thinking;

3. Main invention points and related technical content (including main technical parameters, economic indicators, advanced technologies at home and abroad, etc.);

4. Intellectual property rights and standards (invention patents, other intellectual property rights, national standards, thesis, etc., industry license certificate, etc.);

5. Objective evaluation;

6. Application and benefits (application transformation and promotion, direct economic benefits, indirect economic benefits, social benefits, etc.);

7. Promote the role and significance of industry scientific and technological progress and improve the competitiveness of the industry.

(3) Science and Technology Progress Award

1. Project name, declaration award, the area of ​​technology and project (national and provincial scientific research plans, selected topics, etc.);

3. Main innovation points and related technical content (including main technical parameters, advanced technologies at home and abroad, etc.);

4. Intellectual property rights and standards (invention patents, other intellectual property rights, national standards, thesis, etc., industry license certificate, etc.);

5. Objective evaluation;

6. Application promotion and benefits (application transformation and promotion situation ﹤ Clinical medical projects must have typical cases, direct economic benefits, indirect economic benefits, social benefits, etc.);

7. Promote the role and significance of industry scientific and technological progress and improve the competitiveness of the industry.

Second, version, format and length requirements

The project video material should be made into a video file with PPT plus sound. The video format is WMV and the screen ratio is 4: 3. The length of the time does not exceed 6 minutes.

Three, dubbing

One of the top three of the project must be dubbed in person, not to use other personnel or professional broadcasters for dubbing, and no background music.

Fourth, play environment

The video should be suitable for the playback environment at the review site: Windows7 operating system, 5.91st violence video, the projection screen ratio is 4: 3.

5. Video material name settings

The video material file is written in accordance with the "** group+first completion of the person name+project name+contact+mobile phone", and is sent to the designated mailbox with this specification. Among them: "** Group" is the group where the project is located in the announcement of the online review results.

6. Submission time and method of video materials

Please send the video materials of the participating projects to the designated mailbox according to the group before 17:00 on October 6. Those who cannot report video materials on time are deemed to automatically give up participating in the industry review.

Each nominated unit (expert) is requested to inform the shortlisted project units or personnel to make video materials and upload video files on time in accordance with the announcement of "Announcement on the results of online review results of the Hebei Science and Technology Scholarship Professional Group" and upload video files on time.
