In recent years, with the improvement of the ecological environment of Beijing's distant suburbs and the seamless connection of the daily life circle, many "migratory birds" like Cao Hui have relocated. However, Cao Hui also found that the vacancy rate of his house in the same community was not low, and occasionally he could see the intermediary in the community. However, Cao Hui believes that it is not universal for buying a house in the suburbs.

I love Song Junmei, a senior analyst of my research institute, introduced that the Miyun District and Huairou District, which have outstanding trading volume in the past two years, are all areas where the natural conditions in the suburbs of Beijing are relatively good and the boutique development positioning has gone rapidly. A single set of 2 million to 3 million yuan is an ideal range of home buyers in the sixth suburbs of Beijing. With the improvement of living standards, the upper limit of this price range has increased after 2020.

Elderly people with good health and sufficient time have also become the main force of buying houses in the suburbs. Lao Hai, who has just retired last year, is recently discussed with his family to buy a house with his family. In 2017, the "Beijing Urban Master Plan (2016-2035)" established Mentougou District, Pinggu District, Huairou District, Miyun District, Yanqing District, and Mountains in Changping District and Fangshan District.
