China is one of the major corn importers in the world. In 2022, China's corn import quota was maintained at a scale of 7.2 million tons. Hubei Province imports about 600,000 tons each year. Most of the imported corn originally arrived in Zhoushan Port through sea transport, and then transported to Hubei Province through land.

The current shoreline of the Grain Food Terminal is 275 meters and has two 5,000 -ton grain -specific berths. It is the largest grain loading and unloading terminal in the central and middle -aged and upper reaches of the Yangtze River. At the end of August last year, according to the unified deployment of the integration of port resources across the province, Wugang Group, a subsidiary of Hubei Port Group, took over the financial control port company to manage the dock.

In January of this year, the Gentle -control Food Terminal enabled the newly -built No. 2 ingredients to achieve the capacity of dual -line operation. The resource utilization rate and dock operation efficiency in the port area were further enhanced. To 5063 tons, the single -day operating volume was refreshed to 3953.52 tons.

In September of this year, the Gankai Grain Terminal successfully undertaken 67,000 tons of national storage corn in the warehouse, which is the largest volume business since the opening of the port. The relevant person in charge said that this time, the national reserve corn departs from Zhoushan Port, transports to Zhenjiang Port, Jiangsu through the sea ship, and then transports Wuhan Gold -Control Food Terminal through the Jiangbok, and then transports from the highway from our port to the repository of the country in Hubei Province.

So far this year, the Granny Grain Terminal has completed 269,900 tons of cargo throughput, an increase of 51.64%year -on -year, and the best operation level of Kai Hong Kong is the same period.
