It successfully developed and manufactured this set of LNG unloading arm with complete independent intellectual property rights. This set of unloading arm is the first to have the integration function of loading and unloading in China, which can not only remove the LNG, and can also realize the transition to the transport ship, which is more flexible.

This set of unloading arm also achieved innovation breakthroughs in material selection and structural design. Its first patented double -layer ring -empty structure fast connector can ensure that in winter, it can ensure that the unloading arm works continuously for 30 hours without freezing, and it is at the world's leading level. Its emergency detachment device adopts a more reliable mechanical interoperability, which can be quickly broken and self -locking within 5 seconds. The rotating joint adopts 400,000 dynamic performance tests with low friction coefficients and high reliability and high reliability. It has passed 400,000 dynamic performance tests in an ultra -low temperature environment of minus 196 ° C.

It is understood that China's "Green Port" in China Oil Yancheng is a national natural gas production supply and storage system construction and interconnected key planning projects. It can connect and unload various types of LNG transport ships from all over the world. The annual receiving capacity of 10 storage tanks in the first phase of the project can reach 6 million tons, of which the first four storage tanks are planned to receive the first ship LNG at the end of September this year.

At present, the second phase of the project has entered the planning stage. It is planned to add 10 million tons/year LNG receiving capacity, which will make Yancheng "Green Port" the largest LNG reserve base in China.
