On the evening of the 5th, due to the heavy rain, we decided to notify the vehicle in the embassy to depart from the talks in advance to ensure that the accompanying staff of the Foreign Minister of Bahamas arrived earlier than the Foreign Minister. However, that afternoon, we encountered another very difficult situation. Due to the poor road conditions, everyone was very worried that the deputy secretary and others who accompanied the foreign ministers to participate in the parallel forum venue from the National Convention and Exhibition Center to the residence and set off for foreign affairs to meet the location of the National Convention and Exhibition Center. Therefore, at the parallel forum of the Expo on the 5th on the 5th, another liaison officer immediately led the foreign secretary of the foreign party to the parking lot after the forum, and caught up with the bus returned to the resident. At the same time, the comrades of the Libin Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs also repeatedly notified that the meeting was important, and must not be late. At 7:15 pm on the 5th, the Deputy Secret Secretary and others successfully took the bus from the National Convention and Exhibition Center to return to the station from the National Convention and Exhibition Center during the peak of get off work.
