This means that the rule of law and standardization of the electronic cigarette industry has entered a new stage.

In view of the seasoning electronic cigarettes and smoke -free e -cigarettes such as fruits, foods, beverages and other smoke -free e -cigarettes, it is very attractive to minors, and it is easy to induce minors to suck them. The standards clearly stipulate And clearly required that "atomized sides should contain nicotine", that is, electronic cigarette products without nicotinic alkali shall not enter the market for sales.

According to the relevant provisions of Article 25 of the Standardization Law of the People's Republic of China, products and services that do not comply with compulsory standards shall not be produced, sold, imported or provided. After the standard is officially implemented, the electronic cigarette products sold on the market must meet national standards. Considering the release of the national standard of "Electronic Cigarette", electronic cigarette manufacturers need to design compliance with the product in accordance with the standard requirements, complete product transformation, and apply for product testing and technical review to relevant departments. Therefore, a five -month implementation transition period was set. During the implementation of the transition period, electronic cigarette manufacturers should carry out standard training training, in -depth understanding of standard technical content, and realizing product standards as soon as possible.

Industry insiders said that the main purpose of the supervision of electronic cigarette countries is to reduce the "induction" of products and focus on strengthening the protection of minors. This will be a new starting point for the standardized development of the electronic cigarette industry. At present, there are 37 electronic cigarette brands across the country, and at least 80 products have been approved to be listed.
