The State Intellectual Property Office was reviewed and rejected the trademark registration application of "Eileen Gu". The reasons for rejection also specified the same: The "Eileen Gu" is Gu Ailing's English name, which is used as a trademark to make consumers misunderstood, and it is also not allowed to use it as a trademark.

Because of its violation of the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China, the Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau recently issued a warning and punishment for Alibaba Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. and fined 80,000 yuan.
