The reporter learned from the Hunan Provincial Medical Security Bureau today that the "Basic Medical Insurance and Maternity Insurance Medical Institutions (2022)" (hereinafter referred to as "Medical Institution Directory (2022)") has been officially issued. There are a total of 716 types of decorative agents in this version of the preparation directory, of which 87 chemical medicines and 629 Chinese medicine varieties are officially implemented from October 8, 2022, with a validity period of 3 years.

In January 2021, the province released the first version of the preparation directory, which simultaneously established a dynamic adjustment mechanism. In principle, the preparation directory was adjusted once a year. The adjustment content included preparations, information changes, and preparation transfer.

It is reported that the "Medical Institution Delin Catalog (2022 Edition)" aims to meet the needs of the majority of insured persons during medical treatment for medical institutions and make up for the lack of clinical supply in the drug market. The "Notice of Hunan Provincial Medical Security Bureau on the Detailed Measures for the Implementation of the" Interim Measures for the Management of Basic Medical Insurance for the Implementation of the Hunan Province "in Hunan Province".

The adjustment of this preparation catalog has received 985 medical institutions declared by 76 medical institutions in the province in the province, including 220 application transfer, 256 information changes, 411 applications for filing, and 98 applications. In the end, there were a total of 716 types of decorative agents, of which 87 were chemical and 629 Chinese medicine varieties.

According to the requirements, the medical institution preparations incorporated into the "Medical Institution Delicding Catalog" are limited to the clinical use of medical institutions in this hospital. The use of the preparation of medical institutions and exceeding the specified period, quantity and scope, the medical insurance fund will not pay.

Each designated medical institution shall strictly follow the requirements of the preparation varieties, specifications, quality standards, and use instructions stipulated by the relevant departments. Each designated medical institution shall strictly implement the medical insurance payment standards of medical institutions. Medical insurance payment standards include all expenses paid by funds and insured personnel.

During the actual settlement, if the original pricing of the medical institution preparation is higher than the medical insurance payment standard, it is implemented in accordance with the medical insurance payment standard; if the original pricing of the preparation of the medical institution is lower than or equal to the medical insurance payment standard, the original pricing of the medical institution preparation is implemented.
