Core point: Qiao Ruiqing, the author of China Economic Net column, believes that how to improve the value -added of the manufacturing industry while developing the service industry, so as to maintain the relatively stable proportion of manufacturing? This requires consolidating the foundation of talent, maintaining the innovative vitality of the manufacturing industry by absorbing more high -quality labor, and relying on innovation to promote the high -end, intelligent and green of the manufacturing industry.

Recently, the relevant person in charge of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology introduced at the "Ten Years of China" series of theme press conferences that from 2012 to 2021, my country's industrial added value increased from 2.09 trillion yuan to 37.3 trillion yuan, an average annual increase of 6.3%; The value -added of manufacturing has increased from 1.698 trillion yuan to 3.1.4 trillion yuan, accounting for nearly 30%of the global proportion from about 20%to nearly 30%. Of the 500 major industrial products, more than 40 % of the products in my country ranks first in the world.

There are many reasons for my country's industrial development to achieve such brilliant achievements. One of the very important reasons is that the country attaches great importance to the development of the real economy, and has introduced a series of important focus to strengthen the real economy as an important point for promoting the high -quality economic development. Policy measures to support the development of the real economy have provided strong policy guarantee for the sustainable and healthy development of the real economy. Especially in terms of financial benefit the real economy, the policy is strong and operable, which greatly reduces the cost of corporate financing, provides stable financial support for the real economy, and effectively eliminates the economic "out of reality."

Manufacturing is the core of the real economy. Supporting the development of the real economy, the most important thing is to support the development of the manufacturing industry and maintain the relatively stable proportion of manufacturing in the GDP. It is true that the long -term trend of economic structural adjustment is that the service industry is becoming more developed and more labor is absorbed, but this is not contradictory to maintaining the proportion of manufacturing. On the whole, the service industry is a labor -intensive industry, with limited production efficiency, and changes in value -added depend on the how much to absorb labor. As the manufacturing industry has transformed from labor -intensive to knowledge -intensive and technical -intensive, production efficiency has been greatly improved, and less labor can also create higher value -added. Therefore, while the service industry is increasingly developed, the proportion of manufacturing in the manufacturing industry can remain relatively stable. Of course, the proportion of manufacturing stable is for the whole country. Specific to a certain area, you can choose an industry that is more suitable for its own development according to the conditions of resource endowment. The proportion of manufacturing in a region is lower, and the proportion of another region is higher. From a nationwide perspective, the proportion of manufacturing can still remain relatively stable.

How to enhance the value -added of the manufacturing industry while developing the service industry, so as to maintain the relatively stable proportion of the manufacturing industry? This requires consolidating the foundation of talent, maintaining the innovative vitality of the manufacturing industry by absorbing more high -quality labor, and relying on innovation to promote the high -end, intelligent and green of the manufacturing industry. Not long ago, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the State -owned Assets Supervision Commission of the State Council jointly issued the "Implementation Plan for the Fundamental Project of the Manufacturing Skills" to guide localities to accelerate the cultivation of high -quality skill talents that are urgently needed for high -quality development in manufacturing. This is another important policy document that supports the development of the manufacturing industry, which solves the problem of labor quality that restricts the development of the manufacturing industry. I believe that with the support of new policies, more and more high -quality high -skilled talents will appear in the future.

The high -quality development of manufacturing is the meaning of the high -quality development of the national economy. It is unswervingly promoting the high -quality development of the manufacturing industry. The next step is to implement various policies and measures that support the development of the manufacturing industry, overcome shortcomings, stimulate innovation potential, and enhance market competitiveness. Only by giving full play to the role of policy synergy can the road of high -quality development in the manufacturing industry go wider and wider. (China Economic Net columnist Qiao Ruiqing)
