The national specialty new "little giant" enterprise is the "superior student" of specialized new enterprises, and is the highest level and most authoritative honorary title in the evaluation of small and medium -sized enterprises. There are 7 national "little giants" enterprises in the "Material Valley" main track in the area and 26 provincial "little giant" enterprises.

The Lou Di Economic Development Zone took the lead in building the "Valley of Materials", vigorously attract investment, accelerate project construction, and promote industrial upgrading. A group of "cattle companies" came into being. From January to August this year, there were 32 "Material Valley" projects, with a contractual investment of 26 billion yuan, including the Lian Steel electromagnetic material project with 8 billion yuan, the Beijing-Qingko nano-material production project with an investment of 2 billion yuan, and 20 investment. Among them, Wujiang Gaoke passed the provincial specialized "little giant" enterprise certification in May this year. Its IC carrier board (chip) packaging dry film project won the first place in the 2022 Hunan Innovation and Entrepreneurship Contest.

The "main track" small and medium -sized enterprises are competing to inject the surging power into the development of the park. From January to July this year, the Loudi Economic Development Zone realized a total of 96.25 billion yuan in technical and trade revenue, of which the "Material Valley" operating income was 720.09 billion yuan, accounting for 74.9%, and the operating income of high-tech industries was 71.51 billion yuan, accounting for 74.39%.
