In order to improve the development level of textile and clothing creative design parks, according to the relevant requirements of the "Textile and Clothing Creative Design Pilot Demonstration Park (Platform) Administrative Measures (Trial)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrative Measures"), it was decided to carry out 2022 textile and apparel creative design park (platform platform (platform platform ) Pilot demonstration work, review the first and fourth batch of pilot parks (platforms), and carry out annual assessment of the pilot demonstration park (platform). Relevant matters notification is as follows:

1. Create on the Demonstration Park (Platform)

1. The 1-5 batch of textile and apparel creative design pilot parks (platforms) announced by our ministry (hereinafter referred to as "pilot park", attachment 1), you can apply for the creation of textile clothing creative design demonstration parks (platforms) (hereinafter referred to as "demonstration park park "), It has been included in the demonstration park in the early stage that no declaration is required.

2. The pilot park for the establishment of a demonstration park shall meet the relevant provisions of the "Administrative Measures" on the demonstration park. It has outstanding characteristics and significant results in cultivating outstanding design talents, helping industrial quality upgrades, and service fashion cities.

3. Eligible pilot park voluntarily applied for the establishment of a demonstration park to the local provincial industry and informatization authorities, and the report of the "Textile and Clothing Creative Design Demonstration Park (Platform) Declaration Letter" (hereinafter referred to as the report, Annex 2).

4. The competent provincial industry and informatization authorities review the application materials, issue a recommendation opinion on the application and stamp the official seal.

5. The provincial industry and informatization authorities may recommend a pilot park to participate in the establishment of a demonstration park.

2. Regarding the review of the first and fourth batch of pilot parks (platforms)

1. According to the "Administrative Measures", the first and fourth batch of pilot parks (Annex 3) shall carry out review and pass the title of the pilot park in the review. The early stage of the demonstration park does not need to be reviewed.

2. The first and fourth batch of pilot parks participating in the review shall submit an application for review to the local provincial industry and informatization authorities, and fill in the "Textile and Fashion Creative Design Pilot Park (Platform) Review Form" (Annex 4).

3. The competent provincial industry and information authorities review the review materials of the pilot park, issue opinions and stamp the official seal.

3. About the pilot demonstration park (platform) annual assessment

1. Except for the demonstration demonstration and participating in the review park, other parks need to conduct annual assessment. If the assessment is unqualified for two consecutive years, the title of its pilot demonstration park is revoked.

2. Participate in the parks that participate in the annual assessment must submit to the local provincial industry and informatization authorities to submit the "Textiles and Clothing Creative Design Pilot Demonstration Park (Platform) Annual Evaluation Form" (Annex 5).

3. The competent provincial industry and informatization authorities review the annual assessment materials of the park, issue opinions and stamp the official seal.
