Recently, Guangfa Securities disclosed the "Report on the Listing Counseling of Stocks for the First Public Listing of Stocks". According to the report, after counseling, Guangfa Securities believes that Mixue Bingcheng has a corporate governance structure, accounting foundation, and internal control system that it should be a listed company.

According to the requirements of the relevant regulations of my country's listed companies, Mixue Bingcheng conducted counseling and filing with the Henan Securities and Supervision Bureau in September 2021. It plans to openly issue shares and listing in the A -share market for the first time, and accept Guangfa Securities to counsel. If the IPO is advancing smoothly, the market is expected to usher in the "milk tea" after Jinai's tea.

Established in 1997, Mixue Ice City is a national chain beverage brand dominated by fresh ice cream and tea. It covers 31 provinces and cities and some countries in Southeast Asia. Mixue Bingcheng Co., Ltd. was established in April 2008.
