On September 9th, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology held the sixth "New Era Industrial and Information Development" series of the sixth "Accelerating the Digital Networking Intelligent Development of Manufacturing Digitalization and Networks". The relevant person in charge of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology introduced at the meeting that in the past ten years, the development of digital networking and intelligentization of China's manufacturing industry has accelerated, new products and new models and new formats have flourished, and the overall situation has continued to improve.

Accelerated integration of information technology and manufacturing

Wang Jianwei, deputy director of the Information Technology Development Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, introduced that since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has accelerated the development of digital, networked, and intelligent in the manufacturing industry, and has achieved remarkable results. As of the second quarter of this year, the integration index of China ’s two transformations has increased significantly. The number of key procedures for industrial enterprises and the penetration rate of digital R & D design tools reached 55.7%and 75.1%, respectively, which were 31.1 and 26.3 percentage points from 2012, respectively. Specifically, it is reflected in the following aspects:

New generation of information technology innovation capabilities such as big data, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and blockchain has greatly improved. 5G mobile communication technology, equipment and application innovation leading the world, and the scale of software and information technology services has continued to grow. At present, my country has established a total of 1.968 million 5G base stations.

——The rapid development of the Internet. The industrial Internet innovation and development strategy is solidly promoted, the construction of the network, platform, security and other systems has been continuously improved, and the industrial scale exceeds the trillion yuan mark, becoming a key support for promoting the digital transformation of the industry. "At present, there have been more than 150 industrial Internet platforms with a certain area and industry influence, the number of industrial equipment connections exceeds 79 million units, and more than 1.6 million industrial enterprises are served." Wang Jianwei said.

——The smart manufacturing system promotion. In -depth implementation of intelligent manufacturing projects, regional collaborative and industry -link development patterns have basically formed. The scale of the intelligent manufacturing equipment industry is nearly 3 trillion yuan, and the market satisfaction rate exceeds 50%. Through intelligent transformation, the production efficiency of intelligent manufacturing demonstration factories increased an average of 32%, the comprehensive utilization rate of resources increased by 22%, the product research and development cycle was shortened by 28%, the operating costs decreased by an average of 19%, and the average product adverse rate decreased by 24%.

In 2021, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology jointly selected 110 intelligent manufacturing demonstration factories to unveiled the list, condensing nearly 1,200 excellent scenarios. "After unremitting efforts, we have cultivated more than 1,700 digital workshops/smart factories and more than 5,500 regional leading enterprises that lead the industry's development. Local, industry and enterprises have continued to improve the enthusiasm of intelligent manufacturing, and the development of smart manufacturing has made great progress." Wang Zhen said.

How to help companies make customized digital upgrades?

"For different types of main enterprises, we will divide the doors and policies due to enterprises." Wang Jianwei introduced that facing large enterprises and encouraged enterprises to build cross -industry and cross -industry and specific industrial regional industrial Internet platforms. Matching services, promoting the service capabilities of the industrial Internet platform to extend to the industry; facing small and medium -sized enterprises, it will promote guiding policy documents such as digital transformation guidelines for small and medium -sized enterprises, and encourage localities to support small and medium -sized enterprises on the clouds of SMEs in various places; Facing the park and cluster enterprises, the pilot applications of "platform+parks" and "platform+base" will be promoted, and a batch of benchmark demonstration projects will be selected.

Accelerate the upgrading of the Industrial Internet

In the past five years, China's industrial Internet has gradually formed a system, which has strongly promoted the digital transformation of industrial and high -quality economic development. Wang Peng, a first -level inspector of the Information and Communications Authority of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, introduced that at present, the Industrial Internet has been fully integrated into 45 national economic categories, helping the manufacturing, energy, mining, and electricity. To promote the development of the digital transformation of the industrial Internet to enable the manufacturing industry to develop in depth, in what are the focus of this year?

Wang Peng said that the current development of China's industrial Internet is in a critical period for the start of the exploration and steering scale. Accelerating the upgrading of the Industrial Internet, the focus is to do a good job of three aspects:

The second is to fight the technical "tough battle". The third is to play the "group competition" of the industry.
