In August 2022, consumer prices across the country rose 2.5%year -on -year.Among them, cities rose 2.4%, rural areas rose 2.7%; food prices rose 6.1%, non -food prices rose 1.7%; consumer goods prices rose 3.7%, and service prices rose 0.7%.From January to August, the consumption prices across the country rose 1.9%over the same period last year.

In August, consumer prices across the country decreased by 0.1%month -on -month.Among them, cities decreased by 0.1%, rural areas decreased by 0.1%; food prices rose 0.5%, non -food prices fell by 0.3%; consumer goods prices fell by 0.2%, and service prices were flat.
