This change is benefited from the" Belt and Road "initiative in China in 2013, and a large number of excellent Chinese companies quickly entered Africa and did infrastructure projects in my hometown. The fruitful results of China -Africa cooperation are not only the personal feelings of Isa. In Isa's view, African countries actively participate in the construction of the "Belt and Road".
