The development of the prefabricated vegetable industry has entered the fast lane at multiple levels. In terms of capital blessings, according to the "Insight Report of the Chinese Prefabricated Vegetable Industry in 2022", from 2013 to 2021, a total of 71 investment and financing incidents occurred in the prefabricated vegetable track. The total amount of financing exceeded 1 billion yuan, involving 42 projects. From January to May 2022, average prefabricated vegetable companies have received financing every month. From ingredients, catering companies to platform companies, prefabricated dishes have become a public in the field of companies.

Because of mass production and standardized production, it can ensure the stability of the taste, and the prefabricated dishes can reduce the kitchen staff, increase the speed of meal, reduce production costs, avoid ingredients in the ingredients in the production costs, and avoid ingredients in the ingredients. Waste in production will help catering companies to attract customers while increasing profits.

From the perspective of the industry, it is definitely favorable, it can improve efficiency, reduce costs, etc. Looking at it as a whole, the game and contradiction between the industrial end and the consumption end still exist, and it still takes time to precipitate. At the same time, more innovative upgrades and product iterations need to be used for the industrial end. The capital helps the industry to develop in a healthy, conscience and orderly direction.

Second, the prefabricated vegetable industry lacks unified national standards and specifications. In terms of food safety, the prefabricated vegetable industry has low entry thresholds, and many people enter the bureau. There are many industries involved in the bureau and common foundry.
