According to the report, from January to March, affected by the "Spring Festival effect", the RCEP area active index fell slightly. From March to May, affected by the traditional holidays of the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia and other important export destinations, the regional active index was declining, and it fell to the lowest value in May. After May, thanks to the effective control of the domestic epidemic and the recovery of countries in the RCEP region, the active index has been steadily recovered after a brief restoration.

From the perspective of export destinations, the top three destinations of small and medium -sized foreign trade enterprises export the RCEP region are South Korea, Japan, and Singapore. The first three destinations of the revenue growth rate are Singapore, the Philippines, and Indonesia.

The report pointed out that the level of receiving volume of small and medium -sized foreign trade enterprises exported to South Korea and Japan is at a high level, accounting for about 32.1%of the total amount of the RCEP region. RCEP officially took effect. It was the first time that China and Japan had established a free trade relationship. Japan implemented zero tariffs on 88%of my country's goods. This is also the first time that China, Japan and South Korea have reached a common trade agreement, which helps Northeast Asia's economic and trade integration.

The report pointed out that in the past 8 months of RCEP, small and medium -sized foreign trade enterprises have handed over the dazzling "transcripts", which not only reflects my country's foreign trade toughness, but also brings greater room for development in the future. Digitalization has greatly reduced the threshold for various types of enterprises to participate in international trade. Small and medium -sized foreign trade enterprises can obtain international cooperation opportunities through digital transformation with stronger flexibility. Taking cross -border e -commerce as an example, the characteristics of online, small, and high frequencies are becoming the cornerstone of the "first step" of small and medium -sized foreign trade enterprises.

In order to understand the production and operation of foreign trade enterprises and industrial development since the implementation of RCEP's effectiveness, at the same time, it provides a practical basis for formulating policies for stabilizing foreign trade and effectively serving foreign trade enterprises.
