In the daily processing process, Xia Jing found that there are still some loopholes in the data security management of the artificial intelligence industry. According to Xia Jing, compared with the guidance of artificial intelligence companies issued by other districts in Shanghai, the Guidelines have three major characteristics.

First, the "Guideline" first incorporates the compliance of the algorithm into the data compliance system, which further improves the management system for data compliance;

Second, the "Guideline" further expands the scope of data protection. In the past, data compliance guidance often focused on personal information protection. The "Guidelines" will expand the scope of protection from citizen's personal information to important information and core information in other fields. Third, the "Guidelines" innovatively introduced data compliance evaluation system. Through the combination of external evaluation and self -assessment, it helps artificial intelligence companies to better discover problems in data compliance management, thereby preventing data compliance compliance risk.

In terms of the construction of the compliance system, the "Guidelines" clearly states that AI companies should follow the six principles in algorithm development and applications, namely to adhere to the correct guidance, adhere to the risk prevention and control, adhere to the application of the law, adhere to technological innovation, and insist on preventing algorithm discrimination. The "Guidelines" also advocates that enterprises should strengthen their awareness of responsibility, bear the main responsibility for the results generated by the application of algorithms, and provide an Internet information service algorithm for the provision of algorithm recommendation services with public opinion attributes or social mobilization capabilities. At the same time, the "Guidelines" stipulates the disclosure, algorithm assessment, antitrust and anti -improper competition, and automated decision -making prevention algorithm discrimination of artificial intelligence companies.

"Guidelines introduced the data compliance evaluation system to guide artificial intelligence enterprises through regular self -assessment, and at the same time incorporate algorithm compliance in it, comprehensively guide and standardize the data processing activities and algorithm research and development of artificial intelligence enterprise Data resources, ensure data security, and provide guidelines for improving compliance governance capabilities.
