The report also shows that the grain price index fell by 1.4%in August and was mainly driven by wheat prices.The price of international wheat fell 5.1%in August, mainly due to the good prospects of North America and Russia, and at the same time, the grain exports of the black sea port in Ukraine were restored.The vegetable oil price index fell 3.3%month -on -month, slightly lower than the same period last year.The meat price index fell by 1.5%in August, but it was still 8.2%higher than the same period last year.

In addition, the Food and Nong Organization also released the latest grain output forecast of 2022 on the day, which significantly reduced the expected output.It is estimated that the output of grain in 2022 will decrease by 38.9 million tons year -on -year, a decrease of 1.4%.
