Recently, the State Intellectual Property Office issued the "Notice on determining the pilot demonstration county and national intellectual property power construction pilot demonstration park", which announced the first batch of national intellectual property county construction pilot counties, Taiyuan City Wanwan Berlin District and Yuncheng Salt Lake District were on the list. The time limit for the pilot demonstration was from August 2022 to July 2025.

Wan Berlin District, Taiyuan City

There are 6 incubators, 28 dual -innovation carriers, 42 key laboratories above the provincial level, 27 provincial engineering technology research centers, 229 high -tech enterprises, and 1494 technology -based SMEs.

Taizhong Group is identified as "National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise" by the State Intellectual Property Office. China Che Taiyuan has approved the "National Enterprise Technology Center". Reliable as "National Intellectual Property Overlord Enterprise", Taiyuan University of Technology was selected as "National Intellectual Property Pilot Universities" and "National Intellectual Property Information Service Center", and Taiyuan Sunshine Bilingual Primary School was selected as "National Primary and Middle School Intellectual Property Pilot School".

As of the second quarter of 2022, the valid invention patent of Wanbolin District in Taiyuan reached 5288, and the validity of the registered trademark reached 1,2963.

Yun City Salt Lake District

In the Yuncheng City, the Intellectual Property Office of the Yanyun City Salt Lake District was the first to set up an intellectual property use protection center and rights protection workstation, set up 4 trademark brand guidance stations, and ranked first in the assessment of intellectual property protection work in Yuncheng for two consecutive years.

In the first half of 2022, there were 1,11,26 trademarks, 1,426 registered trademarks, and 13,239 valid trademarks. Among them, Madrid's trademarks were registered for 6 and 5 well -known trademarks.

As of the end of July 2022, there were 258 valid patent data and 2 PCT patents.
