Study and formulate a stable operation plan for key industries to protect the operation of enterprises, and guide enterprises to reduce the impact of the impact of the epidemic.

Strengthen upstream and downstream collaboration, promote strategic cooperation with electronic specialized enterprises such as 氖, 氪, and 氙, and support the cooperation with power battery companies such as lithium resources, lithium salt, and battery materials to promote the establishment of long -term associations in steel companies and key industries mechanism. Strengthen regional coordination, promote the docking of 20 provinces with supply and marketing systems with chemical fertilizers, and solve regional fertilizer lack problems. Focusing on the construction of a large market in the country, the unbounded materials are unblocked.
