On the morning of September 2nd, it was learned from the Provincial Department of Commerce that the second round of consumer coupons in 2022 "Hui Shi Hubei" will be issued to consumers in the province in two batches at 20:00 on September 6 and 20:00 on September 16th.
According to reports, this round of consumer vouchers will continue to adopt the form of electronic coupons. 6 major platforms are issued through Alipay, Cloud Flash Payment, Meituan, CCB Life, Douyin, and Wing Payment. The use of offline supermarkets, supermarkets and catering merchants participating in the consumer coupon verification activities in this round. Among them, the mall vouchers are issued through the two platforms of Alipay and Cloud Flash Payment; supermarket vouchers will be issued through Alipay, Cloud Flash Pay, Meituan, CCB Life and Wing Payment; catering vouchers will be issued at the same time through all 6 platforms.
Consistent with the first round, the second round of "Hui Shi Hubei" consumer coupons continued to set up three types of shopping mall coupons, supermarket coupons, and catering coupons. Various types of consumer coupons continued to set up three denominations.
Shopping mall coupons have three types: 40 yuan, 80 yuan, and 120 yuan, which are only used for offline physical retail stores such as department stores, shopping malls, clothing, and hats specialty stores.
Supermarket coupons are set up 10 yuan, 30 yuan, and 50 yuan. They are only used for offline physical retail stores such as supermarkets, convenience stores, fruit shops, fresh stores, mother and infant shops, flowers shops, pharmacies, and other offline stores.
The catering vouchers are available for 20 yuan, 50 yuan, and 80 yuan, which are only used for catering stores (takeaway including physical catering stores).
It is reported that compared with the first round of this year, this round will be optimized in three aspects:
1. Optimize the proportion of funds for vouchers. Properly increase the proportion of supermarket vouchers to meet the needs of residents more accurately; appropriately increase the proportion of medium and small -faced coupons to expand consumer benefits.
Second, properly expand the scope of use of nuclear sales. Pharmacy is used as the use of consumer vouchers and includes the scope of supermarket coupons.
Third, increase publicity and promotion.
