Recently, at the "Wenzhou Ringzai · Liu Bi Competition" site meeting, Cangnan showed the Huaneng Cangnan No. 2 offshore wind power project to participate in competition.

This is the third offshore wind power project under construction this year. The three projects added up, and the capacity of the construction machine exceeded one million kilowatts, which was the largest in the province (city, district).

Developing sea wind power, Cangnan can say "get up early and rush a late collection." Planning for more than 10 years, this year finally entered a concentrated construction period. How can Cangnan stay up later without the first advantage?

Why is it late?

Late, because of difficulty. Unlike land construction, sea construction is affected by natural factors such as weather and waves. There are many typhoons in Cangnan waters, with frequent waves, impermanence of foreign flow, and difficulty in homework.

Simply compare: At present, the farthest domestic offshore Jiangsu Dafeng H8-2 Maritime Winding Farm has an offshore distance of more than 80 kilometers, but the water depth is only 7.5 to 20.9 meters. The shore distance is only 36 kilometers, and the water depth has reached 27 to 35 meters.

It can be said that for a few years, the technical conditions at that time were difficult to land in Cangnan. During the construction of Cangnan No. 4 offshore wind power, a series of problems such as short construction windows and difficulty piles were encountered during the construction process. The construction party has made a lot of pioneering attempts, such as the length of the project inheritance of the steel piles of the project reached 134 meters, which refreshed the length of the piles of domestic projects; the concrete operation model of Chengtai has also been adjusted from the traditional maritime paddling to land prefabrication.

Due to the late construction, the maritime wind power project in Cangnan missed the policy dividend period. Since this year, the state subsidies of offshore wind power have been completely canceled. China Resources Cangnan No. 1 offshore wind power is the first cheap offshore wind power project in China. Without subsidies, operating pressure increased sharply.

Why is it concentrated?

At the "Liobi" scene, Cangnan listed major projects this year, and most of the offshore wind power accounts for most.

A total of 24 billion yuan in the 3rd and 5th offshore wind power anniversary with a total investment of 24 billion yuan. Power battery projects and total investment of 500 million yuan of fan -headed companies, Jiangsu Xinhua, started construction in the Jiangsu Xinhua project ... Top hundreds of billions of projects are exciting.

From the perspective of Cangnan, the traditional manufacturing industry is small and needs to seek future pillar industries. Cangnan has played the future industrial goals of "100 billion nuclear power" and "100 billion wind power", and it is bound to go all out in terms of policy support. For example, Huaneng Cangnan No. 2 offshore wind power only took 4 months from signing to approval, setting the fastest approval of similar projects in the province.

But as a company pursuing profits, why did they settle in Cangnan after the policy dividend disappeared? They value the same future and market prospects. As of the end of 2021, the installed capacity of my country's offshore wind power was less than one -tenth of land wind power. With the continuous upgrading of technology, the difficulty of construction and the decline in operating costs, the advantages of offshore wind power near the power consumer center are gradually becoming. It is discussed that the scale of Cangnan Wind Power Farm can reach 14.8 million kilowatts, close to two -thirds of the Three Gorges Hydropower Station, and the development space is huge.

How to live later?

Let's take a look at the development of my country's offshore wind power. In 2007, at the beginning of my country's offshore wind power, the capacity of the sea fan alone stayed at the level of 1.5MW, and it has exceeded 10MW. Jiangsu Yancheng is known as the "Three Gorges Sea". It has built a total of 23 maritime wind farms over the years, 1355 wind turbines, a total installed capacity of 5520MW, and an average installed capacity of each typhoon about 4MW.

What is Cangnan? Cangnan No. 1 offshore wind power project has a stand -alone installed capacity of 10MW, which is the first commercial application of 10MW large blades anti -Taiwan models in China. The Huaneng Cangnan No. 2 offshore wind power project was installed with 8.5MW wind power units. In other words, Cangnan's stand -alone installed capacity is at least more than Yancheng.

The advantage of the post -issuance is to bypass the early stage of development and directly enjoy "low cost, high efficiency". However, the advantage of the post -issuance is not static, and will eventually be caught up by the newer latecomers.

To lock the advantage, it must be "thick hair": forming a complete industrial chain and mastering cutting -edge technology. Cangnan has planned. The vision Cangnan Zero Carbon Industry Base Connectation Production Center, the head of the wind engine head enterprise Jiangsu Xinhua Yong project, and the China -Hydrogen hydrogen fuel power battery projects have successively landed. But the outer attraction is not enough, and it has to be internal. There are many leaders in related fields in Wenzhou. For example, the hydraulic shock hammer produced by Ryan's Yongan Machinery produced a foreign monopoly abroad in the offshore wind power pile hammer.

Wind power at sea, the real battlefield is far -reaching sea. At present, the technology of wind power at the farce of the sea is not yet mature, and there are problems with the construction of wind farms, power transportation, and hydrogen making. Wenzhou planned ahead, and introduced the far floating R & D headquarters base of Jinfeng Technology. Such near neighbors must move around.
