Provincial, autonomous regions, municipalities, and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Market Supervision Bureau (Department, Commission):

The "Regulations on the Registration of Market entities" and the implementation rules have further unified and optimized the registration of market entities. The content of the business license should be adjusted accordingly. The relevant matters are notified as follows:

1. The business licenses of companies, non -corporate corporate legal persons, partnerships, branches and other types of market entities no longer record the information items of "business period", "business period" and "partnership period". The amount of "amount of" information, the name and position of the main business license of some types of markets should be adjusted accordingly (the specific adjustment instructions are referred to the attachment). In addition to the adjustment part, the format classification and printing standards of the business license continued to continue the "Business License Printing Standards (2019 Edition)" State Administrative License [2018] No. 253) in accordance with the "State Administration of Market Supervision on the State Administration of Market Supervision (Guoshi Note [2018] No. 253)" Related requirements for business license printing standards (2019 edition).

2. From September 1, 2022, various market entities that have been approved by the registration authority to establish, change registration, and reissue business licenses are issued, and the business license after adjustment is issued. Various market entities that have been survived before can continue to use the original business license, or you can directly apply for a new version of the business license.

The provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities, and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Market Supervision Bureau (Department, Commission) should ensure that the new version of the business license will be enabled on time. The situation and problems of the new version of the business license should be reported in a timely manner.
