Jilin chemical fiber 50K high -produced high -performance high -performance large silk beam carbonization line successfully drove once at a time

At 8:58 on August 30th, with the orderly rotation of the equipment and the stable operation of silk beams, the 50K high -production and high -performance large silk beam carbonization line of Jilin Chemical Fiber Group was successful. This is the last ending line for Jilin Chemical Fiber Group Corporation to drive a 15,000 -ton carbon fiber project. It is also the first overall super -wide furnace body carbonization line independently developed and designed by the group company. The single -line annual production capacity can reach 3,300 tons.

The smooth driving of the carbonization line can timely transform the results of the correlation, and meet the demand for high -performance carbon fiber for downstream compound compound materials, and greatly improves downstream production efficiency. Since the first carbonization line of 15,000 tons of carbon fiber project last year, 9 carbonized lines have been built one after another. The product covers the full specifications of 6K, 12K, 15K, 25K, 35K, 35K, 50K. Line, 35K wind power squeezing, pre -immersion, high -voltage gas cylinder winding dedicated line, and 50K high -production high -performance high -performance large silk beam carbonization lines, etc., truly realize that each one is not simply replicated.

With the full production of 15,000 tons of carbon fiber projects, the existing carbon production capacity of Jilin chemical fiber is 35,000 tons; the next step, Jilin chemical fiber will accelerate 400,000 tons of 400,000 tons of carbon fiber for 1,500,000 tons of raw wire, 60,000 tons of carbon wire, and 12,000 tons of compound materials. The construction progress of the industrial chain project has contributed to creating "China Carbon Valley" in our province.
