The "Plan" requires that promoting agriculture, commerce, supply and marketing, transportation, and postal express in rural areas, focusing on creating rural delivery logistics, cold chain logistics, e -commerce, logistics support "four major" systems, enhance agricultural products, industrial products, industrial products The "two major" functions of the downlink will comprehensively improve the level of rural logistics and trade services in the county, and accelerate the establishment of a logistics business service network with reasonable layout, perfect functions, and operating efficient operation.

In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the "Plan", Guigang City issued supporting support policies.
