In the first half of 2022, the company's income was 1.233 billion yuan (RMB, the same below), a year -on -year decrease of 43.5%. The group's income provided game distribution services from (i) games developed on third -party development; ; (III) authorize its own intellectual property to third parties.

The main reason for the decline in income is that many games planned to go online failed to obtain the version number as scheduled and the online plan was delayed.

Specifically, the group's game distribution income decreased by about 33.1%in the same period last year to 1.02 billion yuan for the six months ended June 30, 2022; the game development revenue decreased from 567 million yuan in the same period last year, about 67.9 %To 182 million yuan for six months ended June 30, 2022; the income of intellectual property authorization was reduced by about 65.0%of 87.8 million yuan for six months ended June 30, 2021 to as of June 30, 2022 30.8 million yuan for six months.
