Recently, the Autonomous Region Development and Reform Commission issued a notice on the 19th China -ASEAN Expo and China -ASEAN Business and Investment Summit, a notice of temporary intervention measures (hereinafter referred to as notifications) of the standard room prices of Nanning Hotel. With the consent of the Autonomous Region Government, it was decided to take temporary intervention measures for all hotel standard rooms (standard rooms, standard single rooms and standard double rooms) in all hotels in Nanning during the East Expo and summit.

According to the current price level of the guest rooms of Nanning Hotel and the supply and demand status of the East Expo and the summit, the standard room prices of different star hotels have been implemented at the highest price limit.

The maximum price limit of standard rooms has included various rooms comprehensive service fees and surcharges. Each hotel shall not charge any forms of service fees, surcharges and other fees. Within the maximum price limit in the room standard room, the price is unlimited. In addition to the highest price limit of standard rooms, other types of service fees and agency fees of the hotel shall not be improved according to the standards of the notice.

In addition, the hotels must conscientiously do the price of room prices, service fees, agency fees, and commodity prices to ensure the quality of service. The maximum price execution time is: from September 15, 2022 to September 19.
