In order to raise fiscal funds and support the development of the national economy and social undertakings, the Ministry of Finance decided to issue 2022 notes (nineteenth issues) Treasury (10 years). The notice of the issuance of this issuance is as follows:

1. Publishing conditions

(1) variety and quantity. In this issue, Treasury bonds are 10 -year fixed interest rates, and the total competitive bidding face value is 75 billion yuan.

(2) Date arrangement. Bidding on August 31, 2022, interest calculation on September 1, distribution from the end of the bidding until September 1, and trading on September 5.

(3) Reduction arrangement. The interest in this issue is paid for half a year, and the interest is paid on March 1st each year (the holidays, the same below), and the interest on September 1, and repay the principal on September 1, 2032 and pay the last interest.

(4) Competitive bidding time. August 31, 2022 10:35 to 11:35.

(5) Distribution fee. 0.08%of the underwriting face value.

2. Competitive bidding

(1) Tendering method. Adopt a modified multiple price bidding method, the target is interest rate.

(2) Limited. Bid exclusion, winning bids, and bidding differences between the bidding bidding of each underwriting group are 100, 40, and 45 bids, respectively.

3. Payment of issuance of issuance

A member of the winning underwriting group will be issued to the designated account of the Ministry of Finance on September 1, 2022 (including September 1). The payment date is subject to the date of receiving the payment of the account designated by the Ministry of Finance.
