The Yanglu Railway runs through the north and south of the Tongzhou Bay Port District. It mainly carries the freight and takes into account passenger transport.The first section is about 29 kilometers long and started construction in May 2021.

Wu Wenjun, the person in charge of the China Railway Shanghai Courtyard Railway Project, said that the Yanglu Railway is an important railway freight channel for the "Railway Port Area, the inland river to the dock, and the port of the port" planned by the Tongzhou Bay Port District.After the project is completed, it will open up the "last mile" of the railway to enter the port to improve the efficiency and reduce costs for enterprises along the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the Yangtze River Delta regions such as southern Jiangsu and Shanghai.
