29 new independent evaluation companies in Laiyang City, Shandong

Go to 64 key enterprises in the city to conduct on -site services, evaluate on -site, and guide enterprises to determine independent evaluation. As of August, Laiyang City has added 29 new self -evaluation companies, involving 63 types of work, covering key industries such as new chemical materials, mechanical processing, biopharmaceuticals, automobile manufacturing, high -end assembly, and food agriculture. Four independent evaluation companies have conducted evaluation work, producing a total of 146 people with senior workers or above, of which 135 senior workers and 11 technicians.
When the enterprise conducts evaluation, combined with the actual production of production, it adopts the theoretical examination, production process assessment, and work performance evaluation to conduct skills evaluation of employees. Enterprises rely on independent evaluation qualifications, carry out relevant training programs, enjoy talent training subsidy policies, and can independently evaluate talents to provide talent support for enterprise development.
