The level of cooperative development of the industry has improved significantly, further cultivating and promoting the "one place, one product" and "one county, one product" project of modern agriculture, and build more than one rural e -commerce express delivery coordinated development demonstration zone, more than one express service modern agricultural demonstration project.

The "Plan" presents four major characteristics. First, in accordance with the spirit of the newly revised "Fujian Provincial Postal Regulations", it provides guarantee for the reserved planning and construction space for express logistics land. The second is to give full play to the advantages of the courier enterprise area headquarters in the spring and promote the "5113" project. If the courier service enters the village by fast cooperation, it is confirmed that the brand area headquarters will give an additional fee of 0.3 yuan per hour. The third is to fully summarize the experience and practice of absorbing counties (cities, districts), such as the "Delivery+Party Building" model of Dayu Village, Yongchun County, and Anxi County Finance "Post Express Cooperation" to enter the village express subsidy model. The fourth is to adhere to local conditions and promote classification. In Jinjiang, Shishi, Nan'an and other qualified coastal areas, continue to consolidate the effectiveness of work; in Anxi, Dehua, Yongchun and other places, prioritize the "5113 Project" pilot; The achievement of the construction of the county and rural deed logistics system was promoted to the development of integration and development.
