On August 13, the Chongzuo Branch of China Agricultural Development Bank launched a policy infrastructure fund of 176 million yuan to the Chongzuo Urban Construction Group Corporation to support the construction of the Guangxi Zuojiang Shanxiu Boat Energy Expansion Project. On June 29, 2022, the Executive Meeting of the State Council decided to establish policy and development financial instruments, raised 300 billion yuan as infrastructure investment funds to supplement major project capital, including new infrastructure. The Zuojiang River is one of the main tributaries of the Xijiang Water System of the Pearl River Basin.
