Passenger car sales in July increased by 40%year -on -year, and the production and sales of new energy vehicles increased rapidly

The latest data released by the China Automobile Industry Association recently showed that in July, 2.21 million vehicles and 2.174 million vehicles were completed in July, a year -on -year increase of 42.6%and 40%, respectively. From January to July, the production and sales of passenger vehicles were 12.645 million and 12.529 million, respectively, a year -on -year increase of 10.9%and 8.3%, respectively.

Promoting tax discounts and other consumer policies continue to make efforts, and the consumption demand for passenger car in my country continues to restore, driving the production and sales of automobiles to continue to grow rapidly. In July, the production and sales of automobiles set the highest value of the same period over the years, with 2.455 million and 2.42 million, respectively, an increase of 31.5%and 29.7%year -on -year, respectively.

The production and sales of new energy vehicles continued to grow at high speed. In July, the production and sales of new energy vehicles completed 617,000 and 593,000, respectively, an average of 1.2 times a year -on -year increase. From January to July, the production and sales of new energy vehicles were 3.279 million and 3.194 million, respectively, an average of 1.2 times year -on -year, and the market share reached 22.1%.

Automobile exports hit a record high. In July, the export of automobile companies exported 290,000 units, a continuous historical high, and the export volume increased by 16.5%month -on -month, an increase of 67%year -on -year. Among them, new energy vehicles exported 54,000 units in the month, an increase of 89.9%month -on -month, an increase of 37.6%year -on -year, showing a rapid growth momentum. From January to July, automobile companies exported a total of 15.09 million vehicles, an increase of 50.6%year -on -year.

Good development trend is expected to continue. In July, the PMI of the automotive industry was higher than 52%, which was better than the overall manufacturing industry. It remained expanded for two consecutive months and continued to recover. The China Automobile Industry Association said that the automotive market continued to grow steadily in August. It is expected that the traditional gold consumer season in the auto market in September is coming. Passenger cars will grow rapidly, and new energy vehicles and automobile exports will also maintain good performance.
