Among them, the G208 Erzhu Line Luoyang Ringcheng Ibin District to Yichuan City Section Reconstruction Project is estimated to have a total investment of 3.246 billion yuan, with an average cost of 106 million yuan per kilometer. The construction and installation project cost was 2.463 billion yuan, accounting for 75.88%of the total investment. The starting point of the project is located on the west and Hanli Daojiao on Xuanzang Road (Nanhuan Road, Yibin District). The route is located on the east side of Yanggou Village and the west side of Zhangcun, Xishan. The east side of Changying Village and Yangying Village, through the Zhigou Village and Hougou Village, cross the east, bypass the southwest from the southeast side of Shangtianyuan Village, and then cross the east one. Luo Highway, wearing the Jiaoliu Railway, the route is located in the northwest of Yaozhang Village and Wangzhai Village. It passes through the southernmost tip of Tucong Village. It across the Irani River west of the north side of Xiabao Village. Hang Li's interface, the route is 30.6654 kilometers in length.

The construction project of Jincui Road (Hengshan Road to Zhoushan Avenue) in Luoyang City is estimated to have a total investment of 349 million yuan. The width of the red line is 50 meters, which contains the culvert of the Xipougou. The road adopts a two -way six -lane. The main construction contents of the project include road engineering, box culvert projects, transportation engineering, drainage engineering, power engineering, lighting engineering, greening engineering, etc.

Luoyang City Xuefu Street Luoyi High -PICB Bridge Construction Project is estimated to have a total investment of 10.2754 million yuan. The project is located in the Luolong District.
