In early May 2022, when Lin browsed the stock investment on his mobile phone, he accidentally saw a high -yield investment wealth management advertisement. Coincidentally, Lin wanted to invest in financial management, and added QQ on the advertisement. The other party claimed to be a financial customer service and recommended a lecturer to Lin. The customer service claimed that as long as the lecturer's guidance was operated, he could make money. So Lin added the QQ of the lecturer again, and the lecturer pulled Lin Mou into a QQ group.

There are other "investors" in the QQ group. These "investors" say that they have made a lot of money with the lecturer. Lin was very excited and entered a stock investment platform according to the lecturer's guidance. After Yu Yuan, he started to buy and sell stocks.

In early June, the customer service said that the platform was investigated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and 30%of the withdrawal of account funds must be paid as margin. The deposit will eventually be refunded in full. After listening, Lin transferred 279,000 yuan to the other bank account. The next day, Lin found that it was still unable to withdraw. The customer service informed that Lin had a violation of regulations and had to pay 20%of the account funds as a fine in order to withdraw. At this point, Lin began to realize that he was scammed.
