This year is the 35th year of Zhou Jiarong's entry into the industry. In the first half of his career, Zhou Jiarong devoted himself to researching technology and improving his craftsmanship, and overcome one after another. Today, focusing on the development of the "high -precision" project, teaching technology with apprentices, and inspection of the twisting quality of the steel rope are his main tasks.

In early 2003, the company determined the development of the development of the module to contact the product. At that time, it was a new product with a large number of steel wires in the steel rope, large tissue contact surface, high broken tensile force, long service life, and high technical content. This task fell on Zhou Jiarong and his team.

How to carry out "mold selection", how to improve the toughness, how to pass the steel wire from the small outlet mold ... These are the problems that are placed in front of the Zhou Jiarong team. Meeting discussions, production plans, repeated practical inspections, continuous research and continuous improvement. In the end, Zhou Jiarong and his team took a month to overcome problems by improving the "mold" and adding oil cooling methods to develop products.

"The thinnest wire rope is only 0.2 mm, which is similar to the hair wire. It is used on the heavy weapon of the country. It is responsible and dare not have a hint of sloppy." Zhou Jiarong lamented, meticulous and excellence is the motto of every steel rope.

All year round of excellence and meticulous work attitude has made Zhou Jiarong's quality improvement in skills. However, as R & D projects are becoming more complicated, new indicators and parameters make him dazzling. Zhou Jiarong realized that he needs to learn more theoretical knowledge. So he used his spare time to self -study college courses to strengthen the learning of key equipment and key technologies for steel wire rope manufacturing, and signed up for the high difficulty and high -value -added product production process technology training of the company and branch organizations.

Later, Zhou Jiarong has always adhered to the teaching principles of "combining practical and practical", and adopted the comprehensive teaching method of "stock rope training classroom + practice" to cultivate hundreds of technical backbones.

The spirit of craftsmen lies in inheritance. "Through our efforts, Guizhou produced more than one -third of Chinese high -end steel wire ropes.
