They used genome, transcription, and data from group genetics to identify seven genes in the target interval to determine the genes that may not be affectionate. "These three types of genes have different personalities and play with each other, and finally determine the unidirectional hybridness of corn."

They use the "Nezha" to represent the ZMGA1PS-M gene with the strongest force value, which can break all obstacles. The role of the ZMPME3 gene is "Hummhar", which prevents the pollination tube from advancing. "Lei Zhenzi" represents ZMPRP3.
