From August 9th to 11th, Zhang Zhiping, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the China Construction Bureau, went to the three companies to conduct a comprehensive investigation of the performance system. Ren Chuanbin, assistant general manager of the Bureau, accompanied the investigation.
Zhang Zhiping heard a report on the implementation of the relevant unit's performance in the first half of the year, and made six requirements:
The first is to strengthen the foundation and consolidate basic management capabilities. Strengthen basic management capabilities through means of evaluation, hierarchical management, and bottom line management, actively promote risk management forward movement, strengthen risk control capacity building, and escort the high -quality performance of the project.
The second is the design first to strengthen the EPC management system. Do a good job of designing and approval of the design plan, improving the design management system, improving the comprehensive design management capabilities, and realizing the transformation from engineering thinking to integrated contracted thinking.
The third is to plan first and do the first resource allocation. Strengthen project planning and management, and truly have no planning, no appointment, and planning to land. Reasonably allocate high -quality resources of the project, do a good job of labor, equipment, materials and other resources, and efficiently promote the construction of the project.
The fourth is the benchmarking leader to improve the performance level of the project. Adhere to the performance management of the bottom line and target standards of "all construction project quality evaluations in the industry, region or customers", and realize the "two -line integration" of the bottom line standard line and the industry medium level standard line.
Fifth, smart construction and strengthen information construction. Ensure the effective role of information technology on project management, link various business systems, work together to play their own functions, and better serve project management.
Sixth, technological guidance, strengthen the strength of lean construction. Implement the concept of lean management, learn from the management experience of excellent enterprises, establish and improve the lean construction system, innovate management methods, solidly promote the implementation of lean construction, and create core competitiveness.
